EMERGENCY FIRST AID COURSE with Level A or C CPR & AED:

Note:
Level 'A' CPR is Adult CPR only (minimum required for workplace)
Level 'C' CPR is Adult, Child, Infant & 2 person CPR (what we teach unless directed otherwise)

Course Location: 875 Hamilton Road, London (unless otherwise indicated)
Course Time: 8:30am to 4:30pm
Course Cost: $115.00

Required by WSIB for companies with 5 or less employees. Also recommended for the general public who want an understanding of urban first aid focusing on life threatening emergencies.

Course length is approximately 8 hours which is usually 1 - 8 hr session but can also be done as 2 - 4 hr sessions depending on the needs of the client.

Certification: Red Cross Emergency First Aid, AED & Level 'C' CPR. Valid for 3 years. This course meets or exceeds WSIB requirements for workplace First Aid Training.

STEP 1) Payment options:

1) E-Transfer (email transfer). To pay by e-Transfer, please send the payment to: Laura@LMac-CPR.ca and use LMacCPR for the answer to the security question/password.

2) Credit Card (Visa, M/C, American Express), paid via PayPal (link below), you don't need to have a PayPal account. Just click on 'Pay with Credit Card or Visa Debit' at the bottom left of the PayPal page. Please note, we have increased our PayPal pricing to cover their charges to us - increase is 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction.

3) Cash or cheque. Payment can be mailed/delivered to: LMac Community CPR, 77 Coldstream Cr, London, ON, N5W 1T5  

4) Corporate customers only, choose 'corporate' on the online registration form and your company will be invoiced (must be pre-approved).
